Natalie is passionate about skin and the aesthetics industry and can confidently answer any questions you may have about all treatments available at the clinic. She is also the proud mother of two amazing children.
The experience Natalie shares with the clinic encompasses a client-focused desire to nurture trusting relationships. She is sensitive to the needs of each client making them feel special from the moment they arrive.
Annie is The Skin Clinicians weekend junior receptionist, and it is Annie’s welcoming smile that will greet you on Saturday’s when you arrive in clinic.
Annie is a dedicated member of The Skin Clinicians team and a naturally warm and caring person. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Paramedicine on the Sunshine Coast, with a keen interest in medical grade treatments, wellness and vitality.

Alex is an advanced skin clinician / beauty therapist at The Skin Clinicians.
Alex is originally from Wales, is multilingual and fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and has worked for decades around the world in the most prestigious spas and clinics. She is a highly respected skin clinician and beauty therapist within the industry and continues to hold advanced skin / beauty education roles at Australia’s top training academies.

Karen is the founder and principal clinician at The Skin Clinicians, a registered nurse for over 30 years and the proud mother of 4 children.

Meg is an Advanced Practice Nurse at The Skin Clinicians, and a proud mum of 3.
Meg has enjoyed formalised cosmetic injectable training through the Allergan Medical Institute and has had extensive advanced technique refinement under the tutorage of Karen to ensure her skills and results align.
Meg has advanced training in Cosmetic injectables, Coolsculpting & Ultraformer3 treatments.
Meg has specialist critical care tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in plastic surgery, woman’s health & coronary care. For the past 25 years, Meg has nursed in London, Adelaide, specialist departments at St Vincent’s Sydney, and most recently at The Wesley Hospital Brisbane in patient education & nursing within the specialty areas.
We are confident you will feel immediately comfortable in Meg’s very capable hands.
Chris has been a Medical Practitioner for over 25 years, graduating from the University of Queensland in 1988 with Bachelors degrees in Medicine and Surgery. Since then he has had extensive experience across all the surgical sub-specialities including cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery. In 1993 he passed his Surgical Primary Examination with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons ( RACS ) and spent three years as an Orthopaedic Principal House Officer and three years as an advanced, accredited trainee in General Surgery.
His practice still includes extensive surgical primary care with a special interest in the management of skin cancer as well as aesthetic skin care. Dr Chris visits each Wednesday to conduct thorough routine skin checks, excise suspicious lesions and moles as well as skin irregularities for aesthetic purposes. No referral is required for these services.
As testament to his commitment to provide the highest quality of patient care, he is a member of the Skin Cancer College of Australasia (SCCA) – the leading representative and educational body for primary practitioners specialising in the diagnosis and management of skin cancer in Australia and New Zealand, and has completed the Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine and Certificate of Dermatoscopy.
In recent years he has developed an interest in maintaining wellness as we age. He is a member of The Australasian Academy of Anti-Ageing Medicine which focuses on helping individuals achieve functionality and wellbeing into older age. Interestingly, the World Health Organisation recently announced 2021-2030 as the Decade of Healthy Ageing. Chris is married with four children which along with his many hobbies and interests keeps him happy and busy away from his work. Always striving to achieve a healthy work-life balance he enjoys cycling, kitesurfing, dirtbike riding and swimming and is a qualified and currently active Rugby Union referee.
Chris finds his work very satisfying, rewarding and constantly challenging but particularly enjoys helping his patients achieve the health outcomes they deserve.
Julia has been our evening and Saturday front office manager for over 4 years. While working at The Skin Clinicians Julia has completed a Biomedical Science Degree, Honors Degree in Health Science and is currently studying her Masters of Occupational Health.
Julia understands the cosmetic industry and the finer details of all our treatments and services. She loves having healthy glowing skin and is happy to explain the benefits of our high quality skin care and skin treatments.
It is Julia who will happily greet you Wednesday, Thursday evenings and Saturdays.
Christine has managed our front office and online activities for over five years.
She has a strong interest in the aesthetic industry with extensive knowledge on all our treatments and products. Christine is a longstanding devotee of our medical grade skin care ranges & treatments. She is no stranger to the health care industry with a twenty year career in Qld Health IT behind her.
Before joining the Skin Clinician team, Christine worked alongside her husband in their hospitality business. It is Christine who warmly welcomes you when you arrive at The Skin Clinicians and answers most enquiries and bookings.
Helen has been with The Skin Clinicians for over 2 years.
Helen completed her nursing training in central Queensland and was an accomplished theatre scub nurse at a busy Brisbane Hospital. After having her 3 beautiful children, Helen completed beauty therapy training.
At The Skin Clinicians Helen performs all skin therapy treatments, Ultraformer 3 (Medical Grade HIFU), Coolsculpting (Fat freezing), assists Dr Chris will all IV therapies and excisions and regularly helps out on reception.
With years of nursing and beauty/skin therapy experience you will be very safe in Helen’s very capable hands.
